We should present you with the results of the survey and outline the conclusions we have drawn from it.

The survey revealed that our customer support service, both before and after a purchase, is regarded as highly satisfactory. The same goes for our availability. This tells us that our endeavours at providing a perfect customer service are paying off.

Axcom products were also confirmed as high quality, with value-for-money also being perceived as appropriate and satisfactory. A balance between price and quality, in line with customer requirements, is considered to have been achieved. Since customers believe that Axcom meets this requirement and offers high quality at fair prices, we feel this area our work has gained recognition too.

It has also been established that any necessary returns were, in the majority of cases, handled to the customer’s satisfaction. Again this reflects the company’s philosophy of putting service first.

Delivery times were also rated as more than satisfactory.
The only “fly in the ointment” revealed by this survey was that the promotions we hold sometimes have limited use for day-to-day business. We shall be taking this point onboard immediately and trying to turn it into one of Axcom’s strengths.

What we found surprising in this day and age is the way in which information is sought. There was deemed to be no difference between searching through the catalogue and on the Internet and physically calling up the company. This result, however, is consistent with Axcom’s view. Whilst we want to utilise technical advancement and hence the internet, we should never neglect personal contact with our customers.

The Axcom Team was pleased to receive the consistently positive review of our catalogue into which we have invested so much time and effort. That’s why it’s nice to see that this has paid off.

We can say in conclusion, then, that this survey turned out extremely positively and given us new determination in our work. We would like to thank you again for all your commitment and look forward to sharing a healthy personal and economic future with you.
